Persuasion & Single Note Theory
Two new albums have just been released on Bunkland. Persuasion (blr08) and Single Note Theory (blr09). These continue where Propeller (blr07) left off: heavy duty minimalistic droney acoustica primitivism.

Von Block
The debut release by Von Block is out now. The tune Diego features on a download compilation from Unlabel. Throughout 2012 Unlabel are releasing a series of twelve ten-track monthly compilation albums, available on the 23rd day of each month as a pay-what-you-like download on Bandcamp.
On 23rd December 2012 the 120 tracks by 120 different artists from these ten albums will be released as a lavish CD set. Von Block, Billy Mahonie, Radio 9, The Baker Boys and Gavin John Baker will all appear on these compilations throughout 2012. Unlabel Bandcamp.
Radio 9
Gavin Baker currently plays in Oslo based krautrock outfit Radio 9 who released the album Endless Streams Of Light on Oblong Records in 2011. Listen to the record here: Radio 9 Facebook Music. Radio 9 are currently busy working on new tunes and preparing for dates in Oslo and London.
Misry Dirge
In September 2011 Gavin John Baker released a new solo album on Unlabel. The Misry Dirge is a double CD of instrumental solo acoustic guitar music.
Misry Dirge can now be listened to, purchased and downloaded direct from Unlabel at their Bandcamp page. In the coming months Unlabel will be putting their back catalogue on Bandcamp which should include the first Gavin John Baker solo release: Durations.
That said CD versions of these albums are still available from Unlabel.

The Discography
This blog is a discography for all the music Gavin Baker has released since 1998. Pretty much all the music can be found on Grooveshark but you'll have to search for it yourself. Where a producer has been involved in the recording I have included their names, otherwise the music has been produced by the musicians involved. I have also included pictures of the record covers when I have found them.
